Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), Cologne, 25-26 February 2014

The aim of the workshop was to raise awareness about Helicopter performance and HEMS philosophy as well as about the rules and procedures applied in the EU since October 2012.  Furthermore, specific requirements for HEMS applications related to certification, OPS and permission processes were explained. Six participants attended this activity (2 from Georgia, 2 from Republic of Moldova, 1 from Ukraine and 1 from Turkey).
