ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR FULL MAINTENANCE OF THE PS IGC TRACECA VEHICLE

The Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA (hereinafter – the PS IGC TRACECA), located at General Aliyarbekov street 8/2, Baku, AZ 1005, Republic of Azerbaijan, announces a request for price proposals for the procurement of full vehicle maintenance services.   

The PS IGC TRACECA is a permanent executive body of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA, which in its turn was created under the Basic Multilateral Agreement on International Transport for Development of the Europe-the Caucasus-Asia Corridor dated September 8, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the MLA). The IGC TRACECA is a Meeting of representatives of the highest state authorities of the Parties to the MLA or their authorized representatives. The mandate of the PS IGC TRACECA implies the execution of all practical and administrative functions to implement the decisions and recommendations of the IGC.

Volume and content of the purchased service:

Periodic full maintenance services of the Toyota Highlander AWD.XLE. 3.5, manufactured in 2018 (mileage 136,000 km) in accordance with the official regulations of the manufacturer. Based on the results of the competition, a framework long-term non-exclusive agreement will be concluded.

Minimum commercial requirements for a potential supplier:       

•    Availability of resources to fulfil warranty obligations and provide technical assistance and maintenance in accordance with official regulations.                                                         
•    Availability of technical specialists who regularly undergo appropriate training   and have appropriate certificates allowing them to carry out the relevant works.                    
•    Availability of certified equipment and tools.                                                     
•    Possibility to select and order original spare parts in the shortest possible time.      
•    At least 3 years of experience in the relevant market.    

Duration of services

Negotiated following the results of consideration of applications, on average - 12-24 months from the date of conclusion of the relevant agreement

Cost of services

Preference will be given to applications with a lower proposed price with a comparable volume and quality of services offered.

Deadline for submitting a price proposal

Until 23:59 (Baku time, GMT+4) 10 November 2023. Proposals received after this deadline will not be taken into account.

Proposals must be submitted in Russian or English.
