On 11 November 2015, within the framework of Kiev Meeting, Mr. Mircea Ciopraga, TRACECA Secretary General handed over to the representatives of the member countries of TRACECA Multilateral Permit (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine) permit forms for international road transport.
The decision to implement TRACECA Permits system was adopted at the XI session of the IGC in Turkey at the beginning of the year and will come into effect started from 1 January 2016.
TRACECA Permit authorizes the international road carriers to perform multilateral haulages through the territory of TRACECA Permits System member countries during freight year.
