The agenda of the meeting included reporting speeches of the TURKPA member countries, an exchange of views on the recommendations of the Commission, as well as discussions on the next venue with the theme "Trade missions of the TURKPA member countries: strengthening the national economy and promoting joint economic cooperation".

During the Session, the Secretary General of TRACECA, Mr. Assavbayev A.A. made a welcoming speech and informed the participants about the current work and the status of the implementation of the initiatives of the TRACECA countries. In addition, the Secretary General noted that "common member-states, that is, the Turkic states, today play a significant role in bringing European and Asian countries closer together. Therefore, the development of transport corridors remains an important issue on the agenda and requires joint solutions agreed at the international level. This is confirmed by the implementation of the TRACECA programme, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year."

During the session, the TRACECA Secretary General highlighted that due to the urgency, the issues of integration of the transport sector in the region are being discussed at many platforms and organizations. In this regard, the Permanent Secretariat is ready to make efforts to strengthen the transport dialogue in order to effectively realize the trade and economic potential of the countries of the region.
