Third EASA International Cooperation Forum and  Information Session on New EASA Rules, Cologne, 8-10 October 2012

16 representatives of beneficiary states participated in the session, where newly adopted and currently developed European rules on air operations, third country operators, aerodromes, flight crew licencing and ATM/ANS were presented and explained within its historical context in order to facilitate proper implementation of the rules.
