Acts of armed attacks on the diplomatic corps are unacceptable

The Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA expresses its deep condolences in connection with the armed attack, occurred on 27 January 2023 on the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Such acts against diplomatic missions are outrageous and unacceptable.

We express our condolences to the family of the employee who was killed while protecting the Embassy and its staff, and also wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
