To deal with the specific issues regarding the implementation of the Basic Agreement and also to help the TRACECA projects, the following working groups were established:

• TRACECA Working Group for transport problems or other technical aspects
• TRACECA Working Group for legal issues
• TRACECA Working Group for financial aspects
