TRACECA made every effort to explore new platforms for effective economic dialogue

Within the OSCE platform, representatives from politics, economy and civil society of the different regions and economic systems of the OSCE area came together for business dialogue and to explore trade, investment and partnership opportunities in the region of OSCE.

Participants of the Conference discussed topics of economic connectivity such as infrastructure projects, transport corridors, trade, energy safety and digital connectivity.

During the OSCE Connectivity Conference, Mr. Ciopraga, TRACECA Secretary General and Mr. Volodymyr Omelyan, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine had a bilateral meeting. 

At the meeting, Mr. Ciopraga and Mr. Omelyan exchanged views on the latest TRACECA activities, efforts on the attraction new investment projects as well as preparation to the upcoming 12th Annual Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission, main political TRACECA event.

Mr. Ciopraga and Mr. Omelyan discussed further developments in order to raise effectiveness and improvement of TRACECA corridor, ensuring benefits for all member-countries of the region.
