On October 12, 2021, the Meeting of the Permanent Representatives (National Secretaries) of the Permanent Secretariat of the IGC TRACECA, final in the current year, was held via web-conferencing

In the course of the meeting, A.A. Assavbayev, Secretary General of TRACECA, summarized the results of the work carried out by the Permanent Secretariat from August to October, including the main events and necessary activities for the implementation of initiatives within the framework of the development of the TRACECA corridor.
 
The participants of the Meeting considered the information on the activities carried out by the MLA Parties on acceding to the international Agreements of TRACECA and recommended to submit it for consideration at the Fifteenth Annual Meeting of the IGC TRACECA.

At the same time, the National Secretaries unanimously approved the draft Review of harmonization and simplification of border crossing procedures between the MLA member states for adoption during the upcoming Meeting of the IGC TRACECA.

Following the exchange of views, the Meeting participants approved the draft Digital Concept of the International Transport Corridor TRACECA and proposed to adopt the Concept at the IGC Conference.

In addition, within the framework of the Agenda, the participants of the Permanent Secretariat Meeting supported the draft of the new Internal Structure of the PS IGC TRACECA and the draft TRACECA Award Rules, taking into account the proposals received from the countries, thereby recommending that it be submitted for adoption by the IGC Meeting.

The results of the agreements in the format of the Final Recommendations were accepted during the Meeting and will be sent to the MLA TRACECA member states for approval and adoption during the IGC Meeting.
