On 22th December 2015 Mr. Mircea Ciopraga, TRACECA Secretary General met with Ms Maria Magdalena Grigore, National Secretary of TRACECA in Romania

It should be mentioned that the decision to implement TRACECA Permits system was adopted at the XI session of the IGC in Turkey at the beginning of 2015 and will come into effect started from 1 January 2016. 

Mr. Ciopraga and Ms. Grigore exchanged views on completed and ongoing EU-TRACECA technical assistance (TA) projects, planned activities for the development of the international transport corridor TRACECA in view of profile plans, the MLA member states programmes and the Master Plan. 

Regarding realization of ongoing TA projects in maritime and road fields, Ms. Grigore emphasized the necessity of strengthening dialogue and cooperation with European Commission as well as structures and authorities involved in concerned fields for further effective development of the transport system within entire Eurasian region.
