Mr. Ciopraga noted that TRACECA always ready to support the initiatives aimed at strengthening of interregional transport dialogue, promoting effective, reliable and safe international Eurasian transport connections.

Well-coordinated activity and interregional cooperation between the countries will allow improving connections and increasing the quality of cargo handling on TRACECA corridor.

Mr. Sorgetti mentioned that FIATA represents today an industry covering approximately 40,000 forwarding and logistics firms dealing with transportation, also known as the "Architects of Transport", employing around 8 - 10 million people in 150 countries.

Among the main objectives are familiarizing trade and industry and the public at large with the services rendered by freight forwarders through the dissemination of information, improving the quality of services rendered by freight forwarders by developing and promoting uniform forwarding documents, standard trading conditions and assisting with vocational training for freight forwarders, liability insurance problems, tools for electronic commerce including electronic data interchange (EDI) and barcode.

Taking into consideration the benefits of mutual cooperation Mr. Ciopraga and Mr. Sorgetti agreed to find the possibility of next meeting and further discussion.
