Largest railway container operating at transport market in Kazakhstan along the TRACECA corridor. Discussion with Mr. Nurlan S. Zhurkenov and Mr. Marat R. Baiturenov

These issues have been discussed during the meeting of Mr. Mircea Ciopraga, Secretary General of the PS IGC TRACECA with the representatives of National Company “The Kazakhstan Railways JSC” and “KazTransService” JSC: Mr. Nurlan S. Zharkenov and Mr. Marat R. Baiturenov, vice-presidents of the company and Mr. Alibek M. Sultanov, executive director of the company.

Mr. Ciopraga expressed his interest to the activity of the company, freight forwarding and organization of container transport taking into account the development of competitiveness in transportation of Kazakhstan and further to China to be ensured at the expense of new carriers, rolling stock operators and traction operators.

«Kaztransservice» JSC invites to cooperation of consignors and shipping companies of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad countries and offers transport-forwarding services at the organization of freight transportation by RZD on favorable rates.

Being the only operator/forwarding agent of China railroad-owned container in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company provides the full range of transport the full range of transport and logistics services associated with organization of all types of freight transport including container transport, in all transportation modes.

Representatives of the Company informed Mr. Ciopraga that «Kaztransservice» JSC owns reloading places at Dostyk and Altynkol stations (more than 140000 containers were reloaded in 2014), multi-tonnage containers pool and container platforms, handling and trucking facilities, container yards and stations for containers repair. It was also mentioned that wide network of regional branches and agencies are presented in 16 cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
