Extension of the projects will effectively impact and contribute to TRACECA development

The main subject of the agenda included the negotiations on the status of TRACECA development and transformation into international organization.

Issues on the strategy of communication, Investment Forum, TRACECA site, accession of new countries, financing of executive staff support are of great importance.

Parties discussed the tools of further financing for direct investments of TRACECA member-countries.

Discussion also touched the issue of the effective implementation of the EC-funded projects in all TRACECA states. Mr. Bousquet assured Mr. Ciopraga about the extension of 3 TRACECA projects in the field of Maritime, Road and Aviation fields.

In view of a new vision of the European Union cooperation and neighbourhood of the Eastern region and Central Asia, the parties agreed on joint cooperation and close effective communication in the future.
