The meeting will give the opportunity to the TRACECA Civil Aviation Project team to present the coming and done activities in the implementation of the project.

• Report on the activities completed during the past reporting period
• Report presenting the forecast activities for the coming 6 months period
• Discussion on the contents, organisation and format of closing event to
  be held at the end of the Project period
• Feedback on status of the successor project (restricted session for
  Beneficiaries and EC)
