TITR
In order to develop the TRANS-Caspian corridor, the international Association "TRANS-Caspian international transport route" was established with the participation of railway and Maritime administrations of China, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Developed port infrastructure, unified transportation technology and effective tariff policy contributed to the creation of high-quality container service on the TRANS-Caspian route. By 2020, the potential of the route is estimated to 300 thousand containers.
TITR is consolidating organization, which represents today an interests of number of countries and companies on the new Silk Way which now starting its functioning like in the days of the ancient Silk Road.
TITR is aimed to coordinate interaction of all the participants of transportation of goods and containers along the route from Asia to Europe and in the reversed direction, including needed informational support.
TITR is recognized as an authoritative partner, which contributes simplification an administrative procedures, helps to create competitive environment and assist making best efficiency for the companions from business societies of different countries not only along the Trans-Caspian route.
Objects
1) Attracting transit and foreign trade cargo to the TITR;
2) Development of integrated logistics products along the TITR;
3)Development of an integrated solution (technology) for the transportation process across TITR;
4) Promotion of competitiveness of TITR in comparison with alternative routes;
5) Operating an effective tariff policy, optimization of costs and reduction of price of an integrated service;
6) Facilitation of administrative barriers related to the border and customs procedures and related to the shipment processing.
