ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PROCUREMENT OF WORKS ON THE PRODUCTION OF TYPOGRAPHIC PRODUCTS (TRACECA MULTILATERAL PERMIT FORMS).

The Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA (hereinafter - the PS IGC TRACECA), located at 8/2 Tarlan Aliyarbekov str., Baku, AZ 1005, Republic of Azerbaijan, announces the procurement of works on the production of typographic products (TRACECA multilateral permit forms).

The PS IGC TRACECA is a permanent executive body of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA, which in turn was established based on the Basic Multilateral Agreement on International Transport for Development of the Europe– the Caucasus–Asia Corridor of September 8, 1998 (hereinafter – the MLA). The IGC TRACECA is a meeting of representatives of the highest state authorities of the MLA Parties or their authorized representatives. The mandate of the PS IGC TRACECA implies the implementation of all practical and administrative functions for the implementation of IGC decisions and recommendations.

Content of the works

Production of typographic products (TRACECA multilateral permit forms) according to the following specification and the sample attached hereby:

• Material: protected watermarked paper, white, matte, 96g/m2, hologram
• Quantity: 1250
• Format: A4
• Additional elements: colored flags of the states (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Türkiye, Ukraine), serial number including letter and numeric designations, hologram with the TRACECA emblem.

Minimum requirements for work suppliers

Work suppliers must meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of producing printed products with a high degree of protection (holograms, watermarks, etc.).
  
  
  

Completion date

No more than 1 (one) month from the date of conclusion of the relevant contract.

Cost of the work

Maximum cost of the work should not exceed 1200 (one thousand two hundred) euros. Applications with a lower offered price with a comparable volume and quality of work results will have an advantage.

Deadline for submitting a price offer

By 23:59 (Baku time, GMT+4) on September 03, 2024. Offers received after this deadline will not be considered.

The proposals must be submitted in Russian or English.
