ANNOUNCEMENT ON HOLDING A TENDER FOR REPAIR WORKS ON THE OFFICE BALCONY

Location of the Facility: 8/2 Tarlan Aliyarbekov Street, Baku

The Organisation announces a tender among construction companies for the repair of the office balcony, which has partial damage to the lower part of the structure. The works must be carried out within the approved cost estimate provided by AzerBarpa Research and Design Institute LLC.

Subject of the Tender

Performance of a set of construction and repair works to restore and reinforce the structure of the office balcony, including (indicatively):

· inspection and defect assessment of the existing structure;

· reinforcement/restoration of the balcony’s load-bearing elements;

· repair of the lower part of the balcony (slab, waterproofing, finishing);

· restoration of the railings;

· finishing works in accordance with the cost estimate and technical requirements.

A detailed list of works, quantities and requirements is contained in the cost estimate of the design institute, which will be provided to tender participants.

Criteria for Selecting the Winner

The winner of the tender will be the company that offers the best financial proposal, subject to compliance with the following conditions:

average cost of works;
compliance with all technical requirements and scope of works;
availability of the necessary permits, licences and experience in performing similar works;
compliance with the deadlines for completion of works.

Requirements for Tender Participants

Construction companies meeting the following requirements are invited to participate:

having a valid licence to perform construction and repair works;
experience in performing works on the repair and reinforcement of balcony structures;
having qualified personnel and the necessary equipment;
ability to provide warranty obligations for the works performed.

Composition of the Participant’s Application

To participate in the tender, the following package of documents must be submitted:

Commercial proposal indicating:

total cost of works (with cost estimate items breakdown, if necessary);
timeframe for completion of works;
payment terms and warranties.

Copies of documents:

certificate of registration of the legal entity;
licence to perform construction and repair works;
examples of similar works performed (photos, acceptance certificates, references).
