TRACECA is among the honoured invited guests and participants of the Customs Business Forum 2023

The main purpose of the Forum is to provide a corporate report by the Committee on Customs and Business Cooperation, announce upcoming work and call on business entities and stakeholders to actively participate in projects implemented by the customs service, as well as create a business environment where the advantages of new services will be discussed.
 
The forum featured a presentation of projects implemented by the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, such as the “Customs Development Model”, “Trans-Caspian Customs Transit Portal”, “Automated Risk Analysis System Based on Artificial Intelligence”, “Authorized Economic Operator Program” and the “Smart-Bot” mobile application".

•    The official opening of the office of the Headquarters of the Permanent Secretariat of the IGC TRACECA took place in Baku on 21 February 2001, the opening ceremony of which was personally attended by the National Leader of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev. Thanks to his personal qualities, the outstanding statesman and political leader made an invaluable contribution to the development of the TRACECA corridor and the establishment of Azerbaijan as a regional logistics hub.
