Kyrgyzstan. Regime of cargo transportation in terms of COVID 19 pandemics as of April 2, 2020

- from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan and from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan, also
transit cargo is carried out through the "AK-TILEK AVTODOROZHNYI" checkpoints - and "CHON-KAPKA AVTODOROZHNYI " without restrictions;

- from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan and from Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan, also
 transit cargo is carried out through the "DOSTUK -  AVTODOROZHNYI" (KR) - "DUSTLIK-AVTODOROZHNYI" (RUZ) and "KYZYL-KIYA - AVTODOROZHNYI " (KR) - "UZBEKISTAN AVTODOROZHNYI (RUZ) without restrictions;

- from Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan and from Tajikistan to Kyrgyzstan, also transit cargo is carried out through the "KYZYL-BEL" checkpoints- AVTODOROZHNY (KR) - GULISTON-AVTODOROZHNY (RT) and KAIRAGACH AVTODOROZHNYI "(KR) "MADANIYAT AVTODOROZHNYI " (PT) without restrictions;

- Air cargo transportation is carried out through the checkpoint Manas-Airport without restrictions.

Mandatory Requirements for Crossing the Border - Checkpoints of Kyrgyz Republic

Drivers of cargo vehicles:
- must have a national passport (foreign passport);
- use personal protective equipment (masks, gloves), otherwise
in this case, they will not be allowed to pass passport and other types of control.

Cargo vehicles can only be passed with one driver per vehicle car, except for Tajikistan.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of health of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 30, 2020 № 208, drivers on arrival from epidemiologically disadvantaged countries, regardless of their citizenship, they must be under home quarantine for 14 days at the time of their birth place of residence (home visit by a PHC doctor on the first day of arrival, later-telephone interview and issue of the quarantine certificate on the last day).

 If there are no conditions to comply with the requirements of home quarantine, drivers are subject to observation for 14 days in places defined by the list of the Ministry of health of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time, in case of detection of clinical drivers are subject to hospitalization.
