In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 30, 2020 No. 208, drivers upon arrival from epidemiological disadvantaged countries, regardless of citizenship, must be under home quarantine for 14 days at the place of residence (home visit by a primary care physician on the first day arrival, followed by telephone interview and quarantine certificate issued on the last day). In the absence of conditions for compliance with the requirements of home quarantine, drivers are subject to observation within 14 days in places specified by the list of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. In this case, if clinical manifestations are detected, drivers are subject to hospitalization

The passage of goods with agricultural products, food, consumer goods is carried out:
-From KYRGYZSTAN to KAZAKHSTAN and from KAZAKHSTAN to KYRGYZSTAN, as well as transit goods, it is carried out through the checkpoints "AK-TILEKAVTORODOROZHNY" and "CHON-KAPKA-ROAD" without restrictions;
-From KYRGYZSTAN to UZBEKISTAN and from UZBEKISTAN to KYRGYZSTAN, as well as transit cargo, it is carried out through the checkpoints “DOSTUKAVTOZRODOGNY” (KR) - “DUSTLIK-ROAD” (RUZ) and “KYZYL-KIYA ROAD-ROAD - RUZ) without restrictions;
- FROM KYRGYZSTAN to TAJIKISTAN and FROM TAJIKISTAN to KYRGYZSTAN, as well as transit cargoes, it is carried out through the checkpoints “KYZYL-BELAVOTORODOZHNY” (KR) - “GULISTON-ROAD” (RT) AND “KAYRAGACH - HIGHWAY - ROAD "(RT) without restrictions;

Drivers of freight vehicles: must have with them a general passport (passport); - use personal protective equipment (masks, gloves), otherwise they will not be allowed to pass through passport and other types of control. Passage of freight vehicles is carried out with only one driver in the car, with the exception of Tajikistan.

The checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border are temporarily closed and people, vehicles and goods, except humanitarian goods, are not allowed through them. The Republican Operational Headquarters considered the issue of resuming freight transportation by road across the Kyrgyz-Chinese state border. The relevant state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic were instructed to carry out preparatory work with the Chinese side to resume freight traffic at the Torugart and Irkeshtam checkpoints. When the flow of goods resumes, the exchange of goods will be carried out in accordance with the joint order of MTiD KR, MoH KR, GPS of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of Agriculture and Agriculture, GIViFB with RCC and GTS with RCC “On the mechanism for implementing the algorithm for replacing drivers when transporting ATS to / from China.”

This algorithm provides for the replacement of a truck driver arriving from China.

A “green corridor” has been created for food products imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, customs barriers, inspections and cost controls have been excluded.

The algorithm for the transport of goods through the checkpoint on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh state border

1. ARRIVAL OF GOODS
2. Conducting thermometry
3. Conducting a collection of an epidemiological history, filling out a questionnaire and taking obligations from drivers to comply with the self-isolation regime
4. Taking a sample for laboratory tests by a medical professional
5. In the case of a positive result of an express test, the driver is hospitalized in the infectious ward, the ATC is transferred to the sanitary zone for disinfection.
6. In case of a negative result of the express test, the telephone exchange undergoes external disinfection and is issued to undergo border control procedures.
7. The automatic telephone exchange goes to logistic warehouses for unloading cargo.

This algorithm was approved by a joint order of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic (March 24, 2020 No. 103) and the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (March 24, 2020 No. 183).

The algorithm for the transportation of goods through the checkpoint at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek and Tajik state borders:

1. ARRIVAL OF GOODS
2. Without clinical manifestations (in case of clinical manifestations, the driver is sent to hospitalization)
3. Conducting rapid testing
4. Filling out the questionnaire
5. Collection of epidemiological history
6. In case of a negative test, entry is allowed
