Geographical Description

Located in the Eastern Georgia, Kvemo Kartli region, connects capital of Georgia – Tbilisi with Red Bridge, section of East-West Highway, E 60 International Road

Technical Description

Total length 12 km.
Recently there is 2 lane road with capacity 9’000 vehicles per day, and daily load is more than 12’000 vehicles per day, accordingly section of Tbilisi-Red Bridge international road is too overloaded and need upgrade.

Economic Description / Assessment

Strengthens the TRCECA corridor capacity and competitiveness.
The project facilitates tourism and trade in the region, supports development of local market and ensures new work places (employment) and regional development.
