Be informed that the Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission (PS IGC) TRACECA (located at 8/2 Tarlan Aliyarbekov Street, Baku, AZ 1005, Azerbaijan) is purchasing monoblock type computers in 4 units and a monitor in 1 unit with the following technical specifications:
23.8" FHD IPS, 100Hz/i7-13620H/RAM 16GB DDR5/SSD 512GB G4/Intel UHD Graphics
27" FHD(1920x1080)/IPS/120Hz/350 nits/99% sRGB/Adaptive-Sync
The description and specifications are approximate. Quotations with similar specifications will be considered as well.
Delivery time and place: The goods must be delivered to 8/2 Tarlan Aliyarbekov Street, Baku, AZ 1005, Azerbaijan (or to another address by agreement) within the time frame specified in the contract.
Quotations must include the following information:
- general information about the supplier, as well as indication of presence of distributor/agency relations with the manufacturer (if present), etc.;
- price of the goods (excluding VAT for quotations from the Republic of Azerbaijan);
- a brief description of the proposed computer (technical specifications, photos, web links) with indication of additional conditions (possibility of delivery, need for customs clearance, etc.).
Considering the above conditions, you are asked to submit your quotation by 23:59 (Time zone – Baku, UTC+4), February 10, 2026. Quotations received after this deadline will not be taken into account.
The supplier may provide any additional information.
The quotations must be provided in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
Only one quotation from one supplier may be submitted, and no changes and/or additions to it are allowed. Potential suppliers may withdraw their submitted quotations before the deadline for their submission. In this case, re-submission of quotations with changes made before the deadline for their submission is allowed.
